Maybe the Dana Farber lawsuit was a major factor towards "which" path to gear up towards IO combos with PS Targeting

Maybe now, the ruling that collaborations allow some to become co-patent owners and this makes the next set of moves more plausible to set in motion

Maybe now, some will realize that biomarkers "based" on knowledge due to collaborations does not mean one can claim some computer program told them to Target x y z protein pathways etc etc

Maybe now some of the early doubters like Dr Jack West (Bristol Myers Squibb backer), Adam Feuerenstein (BMS backer), Robert S Schwartz (BMS backer) that wrote "Peregrine Pharmaceuticals Bavituximab It's Time To Throw In The Towel on Feb 23, 2013 and there may be some quite convincing evidence why Peregrine was targeted ..

It's a good thing Gordon Freeman did not just throw in the towel and now BMS loses this round and the reason they forked over money to buy Celgene

how come nobody is partnering with Oncologie to run clinical trials.

PD, I forgot to mention that Oncologie only has 3 companies listed as partners ...and they specifically say that on their website only "some" of their partners are listed , so who are the much bigger partners of theirs that are undisclosed? (Because one can surmise that the company formed within 30 days with international backers did not go to these extreme measures for nothing and how fortunate they were to have Stafford on their team

G-No makes a good point that what if hedge funds are holding shares for the real insiders

I guess we have to see how this all shakes out and John Springs Stafford comes out looking like a fool that seemingly ok with lying to shareholders ?

Never thought Oncologie was there to develop anything. Nothing on their website and people suggest any ability to play at that level. IMO the CEO is a babysitter to sit on expiring patents and/or hold them for future use by someone else.
