Here is why the math doesn’t work. If Rotman’s has enough profit to make the NOLs meaningful in the transaction...the amount of stock that would need to be issued by Vystar to purchase Rotman’s would likely wipe out the existing common equity holders (non insiders). But it is highly unlikely they have that much profit which makes the NOLs pretty much meaningless given the restrictions that would be in place regardless.
The NOLs are just another pump narrative like the buyback.
