Bad examples.... you obviously know that the blue chips are a different animal all together...they will fine the company and then its business as usual because the stakes are way higher in the big leagues.
The OTCBB...is different in that The SEC sees them as the scum of the earth and would love for them to die off and never be heard of again. They would love to just turn there heads and POOF!...there goes the Pinks!...but they have been getting a lot of heat from above to start shutting OTCBB shells down and therefore they are requiring all the shells to file Qs and or Ks ...or you get kicked to the grey market......so if there is enough smoke they will shut it down and they will fine Jimmy and Jimmy will probably not be allowed to hold a position in ANY public companies. That's the new school....

GetRich902902, you need to read the entire SeeThrurEqualty case and you will have a better understanding, and that's all I'm going to say reference this matter. This is not my first rodeo, I have been trading penny stocks back in the '90s, and I held/bought this stock based off of statements that were given by Jimmy while he let the Company go dark, and failed to file timely reports for quite some time after the fact, remember. Then, takes a year and a half or so to clarify his miss-statements and we're still left in the dark. Lastly, do you have records from the Transfer Agent which shows who was dumping stock all along the way from those statements? Now, who's benefiting!
