It’s a bit strange in that ONCS has no distribution capabilities. So at the end of the day another partner will be needed, i.e., a BP.

Yeah, most likely ONCS agreed to develop the program at its own cost in exchange for paying royalties for the license.

Sounds like a DOC deal. No revenues, just more expense and cash burn. The Company paying all the costs.
