Yessir, a few weeks back I mentioned Mr. Davisson in a text with Arcaro. Arcaro urged me to contact Mr. Davisson for any questions regarding our merger and said, "you'll see he is responsive." Well he certainly is, and that is refreshing.

I anticipate updates sooner rather than later. This "transaction" is or is nearly 10 months in process. Any folks sitting on the sidelines had best submit competitive bids or slap the ask immediately because once an update hits I have to believe we'll be in the .06s lightning fast.
