There isn't going to be a merger first of all, it's a consolidation, please read and educate yourself. And they will have plenty of cash very soon.

I don't know the details on the acquisition so I don't want to speculate. But I spoke with Steven Rotman recently and I know it in my gut. If it can be done, they will do it. Will I raise a question if I think I need to? Sure. They bring a lot more intimate knowledge of the game plan going forward than I have. As long as I have a feel for the direction the company is headed, I am o.k. with the fact that it is their leadership in place. I hate late filings. I don't see a reason for them, with the exception of an extraordinary event, every filing should be as expected. Filings on time. I pretty much am comfortable with my position in the pecking order.

It was already discussed, the deal will be half stock, half cash, and the cash payment will be done on many years so not a problem. For the stock part, nobody knows how many shares will be used, my guess would be 100 to 200 millions (assuming Rotmans is worth about 50 million $).
