To say of someone who owns 2.8 million shares (5.7% of the company), "nobody wants to own the stock" is a little unfair.
One can hardly blame him for not wanting to buy MORE shares at this point, just as early investors in Uber decided to pass on the IPO, when they decided that they already owned significant stakes. (As reported in today's WSJ)
