Yeah, TRW hasn't paid CA a penny since the carve-out.
The other thing I was wondering about yesterday, is what Garrett is planning to do now. He owns 2.8M shares. He can buy another 2.1M from the market without having to disclose anything. Would he? Does he even qualify as an insider now? We know that he is smart enough to invest in SIAF instead of TRW because of the stock dividend.
