It also depends on how much CA is charging TRW for ODRAS. Right now it seems they are keeping cost as low as possible because AF4 has to start producing. You can see that reflected on page 10 of the 10-Q where gross margin on consultancy is only 5%. Could be AF4 related work.
But CA can charge (other) customers more for ODRAS, if the payback time < 1 year. Up to $1.1M per hectare.
