FYI, I personally know a US investor group that holds 25 million shares and there is a Canadian group that got me in that holds about 20 million. Those two groups of investors hold almost the entire float. That's why you don't see any volume and pps manipulation. Legitimate buyers would move the pps up quickly. JMHO
