Very simply, those who don't understand the definitive parameters of an audit.

Any "special" SPRV disclosures, i.e. something beyond a fluffy PR or tweet, will not be "spilled" by an auditor, who hopes to avoid PCAOB sanctions and penalties!

THE INVESTORS ARE STUCK WITH HAVING TO WAIT FOR LIL ROD TO MAKE ANY USEFUL DISCLOSURES! THERE HAVE BEEN NO VERIFIABLE USEFUL SPRV DISCLOSURES IN NEARLY A YEAR, BUT "THE SCRUM OF SCAMMERS" IS NOW GOING TO TURN OVER A NEW LEAF??? AND YES INDEED, THERE IS A TOOTH FAIRY!
