Those bottles were on the surface and I haven't gotten around to digging deeper to see what is there.

Here is a pic of the barb wire but I don't think it will help.



And here is a pic of something my son found while digging a ditch to go out to the barn.



He seems to think it is a crucifix. I'm not so sure.

And as an aside on our local nextdoor neighborhood there is a guy and his young son that are into mining with a metal detector. I think the kid is 8 or 9 and I'm not sure I want him digging up my property. But he has found some amazing stuff.

Do you think I should turn him loose.
