Yeah, the arb debacle shows how news gets to the privilaged few before the masses see it. I see the same happening with the P3 decision. Just wondering if they will time the release, or instead have an obligation to release it as soon as its in hand, or if they can time it, when do they time it.
Wrong all wrong. Completely wrong. The insinuation of insider information is pathetic and demonstrates complete lack of understanding market mechanics in conjunction with people who are professionals.
