Sounds like we might hear sooner than later the opinion of the judge on an 35 mil share buy back out of open market on top of the up to 250mil. Is it morning yet? :)
Looks like Bordetsky was making the judge aware of EMA's very similar filings and modus operandi in other cases. The exhibits are EMA's filings / complaints against other co.s. I believe Bordetsky had previously referenced these cases by making the argument that the complaint vs VYST was much less well documented by EMA, so he must have felt it necessary to provide the actual original EMA complaints from those cases for comparison purposes.
