I hear what you're saying but just don't agree. The more authorized the smaller your piece of the pie and the less likely the stock to move.

The most likely reason for a sub penny company to issue even more shares is to do horrible warrant deals. And to use up all the authorized for a coming reverse split that'll give them even more. It's sick anyone is drawing a salary at this point.
