Win the State, then you get the votes. It's so simple, I'll bet even you you can comprehend.
It is clear you don't even understand what is being discussed. Because fairness (one person one vote) would never occur to a republican, because they like having their states with disproportionate voting power, because you guys like it that way because it is rigged so you can win even you lose the popular vote.
As a matter of fact, it is not a new "win at any cost" ploy... I remember debating the issue in high school debate club 50 years ago, and could take either side, but with age and wisdom, I see the electoral college as an anachronism that is enabling a minority party to be in charge, against the will of the majority. It is right up there with gerrymandering as a pox on the nation in modern times.
