It sounds as if you are worried. Or should I say, trying to get other investors to believe this should be a problem. The insiders sold 1 percent of their shares. big deal. Thom"s not selling our stake in the company. He's selling his personal shares for living expenses. Can ya blame him.

If I bought MRMD at $.50 a couple of years ago, I'd be selling at $3.00 too. No contraversy to report at this angle you might be trying to take.
