Although it sounds like en banc is still unspoken, that would be a good hedge if the NWS ruling comes down against them, i.e. it would be holistic in either case, forced OR unforced.

The debt has been paid...how they continue to take money that should be used to recap FNF is beyond me, the warrants also should be cancelled.
