RS of a 100 to 1 leaving 50,000,00 shares, a 5 billion market cap means each share is 100.

RS of a 1000 to l leaving 5 million shares a 5 billion market cap means each share is a 1000 dollars.

Either way the share you own today will be worth one dollar.
