asus I like to follow the Japanese Candle Stick theory. They refer to gaps as windows and they also note that a gap is formed when the trading extreme of one day does not over lap the trading extreme of the previous day. This implies that the wicks are included since they indicate the range of trading for the day.
Here in America we consider the gap to be between the opening price of one day verses the closing price of the previous day. This implies that the wicks are not considered in our gap process.
In Japanese Charting its called closing the windor whereas in America its called filling the gap.
So in conclusion you see where I was in my fight concerning the PBLS rage and what actually happened.
I guess the bottom line is while in America do as Americans do and when in Japan do as the Japanese do...lol
