Because of what MM just said. There is a good chance that we will not get the stock dividend in the next 6 months. Perhaps not even a F-1 filing.

I find myself investing using a 6-month time horizon. In the China space it doesn't pay off to look too far ahead. So I had to rebalance. Although there is not a whole lot I can do. It is only a minor change.
