And this also isn't the first time that I have said this: it is a much better idea to get out ahead of the warrants by releasing a draft copy of the lawsuits, rather than wait until afterwards and risk getting no reward through the court system. Become a party to be negotiated with now! Why wait? What do you have to lose?

Warrants have not impaired rights of any one, even though warrants have depressed the pps.
