Boehner and Weld have connections and I'd be willing to bet they are very sure the States Act passes before year end. I like being able to accumulate shares at these levels.
Considering everyone on that panel is a lawyer and they have navigated the system for a long time I hold their opinion that it is going to be made a States Rights issue soon as truth. They are personally invested in this industry and they seem very confident.
It would look very bad for any federal representative looking to be re elected to force the population of the individual states to go against the wishes of their majority either for legalization or against it. The States act lets the state decide and frees the banks to deal with the legitimate businesses as long as they are foolwing state law. Win win!
