Absolutely 10% is unfair. But I think court should reverse payments under 3rd amendment from 2012 until now.

The Gov or Treasury for the Prefs & Commons Warrants as Collateral did never pay for, also because usually for this Nobody is paying. The Credits-Receivers have to provide this, beside others to get Credits granted !

Nobody Can Own Any Company By Warrants, For This It Needs Real Shares Issued as Outstanding, but such Shares at Gov or Treasury do not exist according of SEC.
