It may seem like foot dragging...but you can bet everyone at LIHT wants things done as much as we do. They all got...and get stocks and options that will be worth fortunes when LIHT takes off.
There are a zillion legal hoops to jump through...going from an idea...to fully functioning certified cultivation/production facilities in Vegas.
Getting the distribution license is probably the last obstacle to overcome.
Sticking around for the party....seems worth the wait. I was hoping to cruise the country in an RV last year...I'm still waiting like the rest of us. But the pieces are falling into place for good things to happen at LIHT.
You have to admit...LIHT is nothing like MRPHF. I bought a lot more shares after they became LIHT...than my original MRPHF shares.
Looking at the big picture...it doesn't matter if it is MRPHF, LIHT or Aurora, Canopy or Anhueser Busch...I am here for the 300,000 sf of licenses in Vegas. Whoever owns or controls those licenses in Vegas...will control one of the largest cannabis revenue streams in Vegas.
While I am here....I can't think of anyone more qualified to watch over our finances than Nilda Rivera.
Five years down the road...after legalization, consumption lounges, hotels possibly wanting in.....a bigger buyer will probably have bought the company again. Why...because of the limited licenses to grow your own perpetual income in Vegas.
Aurora won't be able own LIHT complete after legalization...because of the partial ownership of Australis...but I think they would try and get as much legally as they can.
300,000 sf of licenses and production facilities will end up with bigger partners...that's the way limited licenses work in lucrative markets. Big money...wants big opportunities...with big potential revenues.
I am willing to sit here patiently....while Rivera babysits and builds out these licenses....until the billion dollar companies figure out how much it is all worth. The cannabis deals are getting bigger...faster. This is a once a lifetime opportunity (cannabis legalization) ....I'm not sitting on the sidelines. I searched for the biggest cannabis license holder in the Vegas market......big money will too. One needs to be in...before that party starts. Something tells me that Rivera must have calculated our revenue potential and true value. If she liked the numbers she could have put a like on our Facebook page.....or she could have become our CFO....if she really, really liked the numbers....Shazam...I guess she does like them...she's making a freaking career out of them. With numbers that impress a top seasoned veteran in the industry....enough to change employment...I want to be here when she tells us why. If it is life changing for Rivera...it could be for shareholders.
