How far behind flower one is liht LND? We just put are pot into one store. Lol. We have 10000 sf. Do you actually believe what your saying? Do you think that licensing is worth hundreds of million dollars? On a good day they might get 20 mil for it it’s just paper there is nothing there besides the licence. They have had it for years and years and did nothing with it. You keep going back to it like it matters. They don’t think so they haven’t done nothing with it for years. Do you honestly hear yourself. Flower one produces 480000 sf and supplies over 30 Cannabis suppliers and they are still growing. 3 dollar stock!!! We are valued write where we belong and liht has burnt so many bridges when they built that 10000 sf hut they won’t have any option beside ride someone’s wallet to the rest of the build out witch I guaranty will not be a pretty deal for liht.

That company paid $27 million for a 25,000 sf cultivation/production facility.

That facility was not organic...let alone triple organic. It doesn't appear to be high tech cultivation...and probably is not producing top shelf cannabis.

LIHT's facilities should be worth more if they are producing higher grade bud and are built to high tech standards.

The article also mentioned converting a greenhouse for cannabis cultivation. Converting a greenhouse is not the same...as a purpose built, high tech cultivation and processing facility producing triple organic cannabis.

So...in theory LIHT's facilities should be worth more...because they are capable of growing the highest grade possible...therefore generating more revenue per sf.

But even if we use those low numbers....LIHT's total Vegas buildout would be worth more than $300 million. That is about a dollar a share. If we subtracted $100 million for buildout costs....we are still worth more than .60 a share.

Either way....someone will want LIHT's Vegas jumbo sized facilities or to be a partner. I don't know the exact numbers...but it won't be .17.

There is another company in Vegas claiming 277,000 sf of cultivation...but it is outdoors. Bargain priced weed.

Aurora has stated they didn't want anything outdoors and only want purpose built high tech facilities...the highest tech in the world. They claim they have never lost a crop...despite millions of sf of crops being destroyed in Canada. Aurora's strategy seems to be working.

LIHT has the same outlook on cannabis cultivation facilities. Our first harvest has proven LIHT systems work well.

While this other company may have been producing longer than LIHT....are they producing top shelf certified organic cannabis? Probably not....or they would have proudly stated so.

The highest grade buds are not grown in a greenhouse...too many variables. I'm not saying that company is junk...but I would rather have 300,000 sf of organic indoor grown cannabis over 450,000 sf of greenhouse bud. They also mentioned the greenhouse was still being converted.

At this point it is 10,000 sf of top shelf cannabis vs 25,000 sf of mediocre cannabis.

My understanding of flower one is this

Once a flower grower...then they decided to get into cannabis...cause cannabis should be more lucrative than mums. Agreed.

You need the all important....cultivation and production licenses. To accomplish that...they purchased a functioning 25,000 sf cultivation and production facility...also without a retail license....for $27 million.

They are converting the greenhouse for cannabis cultivation. Nothing was said about whether they had 450,000 sf of cultivation and production licenses. If they are applying...good luck. They also applied for a retail license....I don't see where they were awarded one either.

I don't know if they have the money for converting that much greenhouse space...if they did have the licenses.

I'm not saying LIHT is worth more or less than fone....as I haven't been following that closely. I read the articles when they came out....but was not moved by them.

For comparison...if fone is producing 25,000 sf of mediocre bud...and selling for $2.00 a share....what should LIHT be selling at for 10,000 sf of top shelf cannabis.?

LIHT has 300,000 sf of licenses in place. Figure up the value of top shelf cannabis production at that capacity.

And remember....Rivera didn't get fone....she got LIHT.
