You says the GSA between WMI&FDIC must be completed . But WMI dont exist anymore. So IMO it is the LT who represent former WMI now. But the reorganized WMI is now COOP! Right? And BECAUSE some part of old WMI is still in ch 11 modus COOP cant grow up or do what they want at THIS time.
Class 17 is JPM issue we know. So, which rocks are still blocking our road.... after hell? Expect Griffins... actions? So IMO the whole delays also disturbs the bosses of COOP!

So in your opinion, what is the process prior to BK closure? After BK closes then can ABS-Cert distribution start? Or can it start before regardless?

This is a bummer, I guess it does not hurt that my deployment was extended another 6 months. This is the freedom we sacrifice for.
