Because I believe Pestell is the future of the company while NP needs to go quickly and inexpensively in my opinion.
NP is NOT invested in the company. If he would have cut his overpaid salary in half and took more stock that is one thing, but that's not what happened..
However, when you DON'T put up YOUR OWN money you are not personally invested in the company.
