A crazy legal world we live in. That $3M HAON is suing for is the ONLY amount ever mentioned for splitting off LTCP. Am I correct, per LTCP they obtained the right to exist for nothing? They obtained assets and a ticker for nothing, with no obligation to pay something for it? What gives?
