That is an empty shell, like it or not. Company only exists on paper. And it is carrying a massive debt.
Won’t exist much longer.
Shareholders will lose 100% of their investment in this stock
The tax losses are worthless. BioAmber has no operations to continue in order to utilize those losses. The assets are gone, sold in bankruptcy liquidation.
Those contracts/rights were offered to the purchaser of the assets for $408k. They didn’t want them.
