lmfao again trying to put words into my mouth I never said! Of course consultants can sell stock...they just can't sell stock 3 months after receiving it and relying on rule 701 when rule 701 is totally inapplicable to people trying to clear paper on full SEC Registered PubCo's!
And anytime any PubCo consultant is made privy to insider info they them become deemed as insider/affiliates, thus subject to the SEC's rules and regulations that govern all insider/affiliates.
