What the issue usually is for removal of the restrictive legend is determining when they were “fully paid for”.

they do fall under 144 yet removal of the restrictive legend well w/o the required payment paper trail is ;-)

those are the new regs /rules dealing w/ strictly compliance department issues that have not been in affect for to terribly long.
