So Rule 144 doesn't apply is that what you are saying? If that is the case then there really isn't any discussion to be had about vesting as the shares are not restricted then if Rule 144 doesn't apply
Yeppers Wolf Man, and I've seen it all now when a totally inapplicable Rule 701 is being used to support a totally flawed and flat out wrong argument...and just goes to show how utterly desperate the negative spin has gotten as VYST prepares to embark on 1 of the most powerful journeys the market will witness on the OTC this year choo-choo:)
