why don't you or feel free to call any brokerage firm that clears certificates or handles issuance of said consulting shares dealing w/ OTC stocks. they will give out that info to any account holder @ said brokerage. My history is quite verifiable around the OTC. Been doing this business since the good old 504D deal days
