again...we continue to see a disconnect from what they tweet or PR and what the actual filing shows.

The 4 convertible notes they sold in the first quarter were not identified as being related parties or affiliates...which they should be if it was insiders.

So at the moment they show as unrelated parties.

It is what it is.
