This is a downward trend so what you're saying in effect is keep buy, Buy, Buying to lower you cost basis. There are no "Dips" you have the situation in reverse. There are only periodic and very minuscule bounces.
Your advice should be to lower your cost basis. You're still going to lose everything but it will not appear so bad.
