Many scenarios, but 2 likely

scenarios are:

1) lazar prepared eorz shell for a r/m partner

& no one bites & we sit at .004/.005 for a while

Til 1 is found

2) all along, lazar already has the deal in

place & will be revealed shortly before/

after termination (tomm) & the reveal

of an "interesting" r/m partner will send

this stock to .10 cents.... like so many

other lazar plays have done
