There was very little red volume today. Sellers could be crying just ahead at big dollars on news. Most was green at .20's. Most of the volume in the past week was in the .40's. URSL churned higher lows today than yesterday and the day before. URSL has a tiny float only 2.5 million shares. We are expecting URSL news. This was from the 4/19/2019 10Q report.
