tzebedee, One thing for sure, Doreen Logan knows exactly what assets are in every Sub. that was transferred and reincorporated in Delaware, including WAMU Holding Corp. which had it's name changed to WMII, the three Thackeray's and a hosts of other Sub's. If it wasn't for her still being around keeping tabs on our money I would be long gone. Read up on the distinguished attorney Stuart Langerfeld with Perkins Coie who took a leave of absence from Perkins Coie to Join" WAMU" in 2007 to plan the moves to Delaware.
Mrs. Logan and Mr. Langerfield know exactly what subs they moved to Delaware and what their assets consisted of. Mrs. Logan is the most valuable employee I know of, perhaps Mr Smith is just as knowledgeable, but I wasn't concern about him back in 2010 to 2013.
I don't recall the other three employees that were involved with the migration and reincorporation of Washington State Companies to Delaware in 2006-2007, but that's where they hid the sausage. This bankruptcy was anticipated and planned for long before the actual filing. I personally bought copies of several different company filings that were moved to Delaware. Two of the notables was WAMU Holding Corp which was changed to our infamous WMII and The Thackeray Entities that have never been explained. Information has been withheld on all our Patents and licensing that Perkins Coie has worked on for years. No doubt these two have all the details of that too.
