Pennies, I just got off the phone with Larry and he said that they will be doing the divvy clarification and NOBO on Monday. He said that he hopes to have a China update with it as his guys should be in China about now and should be reporting in sometime tomorrow. If all is well with this trip he feels that Mrs. Hui will be meeting him in Frankfurt next week. If I remember correctly that is what he told WTL earlier today.
As for the divvy, I told him Monday was too late to do us good with the divvy and he said they will extend the dates to probably the 24th to buy and the issue date 3 days after. The shares are going to be restricted for 4 months because Soma is a Canadian company and that is the rules there. The warrants if exercised will be free trading immediately. He said the plans are to IPO Soma at $1 so that divvy will be a real nice one, imo.
