Thanks Large Green and Bban, but for the record I picked up on what Boarddork and Tanjazieman were discussing regarding the Three Thackerays and I questioned Boarddork when he posted this:
"WMI had 3 Thackeray's that were holding the collateral to the super liens. At receivership/BK, the 3 WMI Thackeray's were folded into "Thackeray Lane", to safely run-off.
Treasury managed. WMI's 3 Thackeray's which became Thackeray Lane is exactly like JPM's Treasury managed Maiden Lane I, II, and III...... Which by the way, returned multi - billion dollar profits. I'm assuming that profit went back to the taxpayers/Govt similar to other managed takeovers."
There after I ordered filings from Delaware on the Thackeray's as I had done in the past on WAMU Holding Corp./WMII.
Actually Boarddork and tanjazielman are who you should be thanking...That's who deserve the credit and Kudos on bringing The Thackerays into the light, I was just a torch bearer who was pretty vocal over the past few years..
