I agree with the overseas part but not true about coming back much faster than 1yr. They still have to be registered with the TA and they still have 1yr restriction. they cannot be sold amongst people. they can be issued by the company to investors overseas prior to registration. they still have 1yr restriction. if the investors want to sell then they have to register with the TA...the company has to do it. Now hopefully the investors are smart and have tucked away the shares.
