So what was your raise this year?

dude it's sick. We don't get our raises until June but we make close to 50 an hour with full benefits.

My beef is with the insurance companies and what it costs me to run the business in fees.

We have to charge 80 an hour just to break even. I know I'm good, but if it told you I need 650 a day to do some work around your house, you'd tell me to go pound sand.

I'm not sure where it ends.
