New reporting from The New York Times reveals Deutsche Bank executives have compiled reams of Trump’s financial material to hand over to House Democrats, including Trump’s tax returns. Both Trump and his children are suing to block Deutsche Bank and Capital One from complying with the Democrats’ subpoena.

In footnotes of the Mueller Report it says Cohen said he spoke to Trump about the issue. Rachel also said, "It also says in the report that Rtskhiladze said he was told the tapes were fake but he did not communicate that to Cohen."
Bottom line: Well before the election a Georgian businessman told Cohen to tell Trump that a flow of tapes from Russia, allegedly from his Russia trip, had been halted. So Trump knew tapes existed well before the election. And still does.
