Doesn’t your daughter do business with Saavy or she did at some point? If my memory is correct, is there any chance you could have her call and inquire about Hugo and the Baby line of products? I’m very interested in hearing if Hugo is still a part of the new EKO Holdings LLC.

You’ll want to check Their website for their new number if you didn’t update it already. It changed a few months back, about the same time that EKO Holdings LLC popped up.

They basically went out of business in December, and the Saavy subsidiary was given to creditors. Then, the creditor sold the name (only the name) of Saavy to a different company named EKO Holdings.

So EKO holds the name Saavy Naturals, but trimax (this company) lost its subsidiary in basically a foreclosure. Not a BK of trimax, but a loss of its asset Saavy to the creditor where Saavy was collateral.
