"I think the negative tone has got way out of hand."

In my humble opinion, Petar is out of hand. Sulja is a valid company with assets, sales, etc... but man oh man what a terrible CEO. The negatively toned posts aren't a result of anything other than the CEO's mismanagement of power.

audit?
From the windsor star article
"He would not say what accounting company did the audit, but said the accountant had returned to Cairo, Egypt."

OSC? from windsor star
"
OSC spokeswoman Laurie Gillett and SEC spokesman John Heine both declined to comment.

"Our policy is not to discuss matters that are before the commission," said Gillett.

T.M...nice post. I would presume you did a little digging before you took a position and have different channels because of your profession. Is Kore and Consultech and Sulja that connected? I mean the overseas stuff is the big money, not the lumber yards and handy man stuff......TIA

Thanks for contacting the OSC... it's reassuring to a lot of people here that need it today!

Now... I'm wondering what the SEC thinks of all this? (Nervous LOL!)

Very SANE post Muley ! Many are forgetting about the DD that brought them here in the first place.

Many are jumping the gun .......I still feel strongly that all will be settled soon, and, many will be taking the foot out of their mouths......

Then again, once the A/F's do come out, and, SLJB is legitimized, and the PPS starts to rise......many of the negative posters will jump back in and start posting positively......

Such is human nature.

Holding until release.

Sir: With all due respect to your history, as presented, you fail to include in you observation of the relationship between the assets held by the S.Bros. organization and the "need" of the same by entities in the Mideast, the simple fact that no legal document has ever been produced to establish that business connection. Lawyer-ese aside, that VERY FACT is what the entire population of shareholders has been gambling on: that THAT relationship does, infact exist. Newspaper articles, PR releases, paid subscription news services, and the "forward looking DD" done on this board have all reached the same point: opaque verification of that relationship. "We" invested on faith. A poor coin in this market.

Your optomism is appreciated, but base precisely on the same factless anticipation. AF's appearing at this point, regardless of their financial content will, I can almost guarantee you, (IMO), not establish that connection. FWIW.

but what i don't understand is how the CEO could have set a "date certain" deadline of the 15th. Miss the deadline (after many previously missed deadlines). Wait until after midnight to even begin the process of posting the A/Fs. Claim that he'll have them posted by 4am (yet another delay) and then before the Star article was even in circulation, blame them for a further delay (as they should have been posted by 4am). He's now dealt with the article, PR posted at 12:37pm, and we still haven't heard or seen anything about the finincials. And even in the PR he states... "As soon as is practicably foreseeable, we will release the financial documents for all to see"

Why not just say "TODAY" unless he's trying to stall or buy time.

Thanks Talkingmuley, good post and I agree the negatism has gone crazy. I just don't believe this is a scam. Yeah, I agree the picture wasn't flattering, but his PR today about the negative press was pretty articulate.

If he files the AF's all is well unless there is some reason he is holding them because they are not good. If they are half as good as what was unaudited then we'll be back up to above .10
