Are there any details as of how they reduced the OS by 75%?, where did the shares go? they changed them to preferred or retired them for example?, I have been trying to find details but I have failed. Would you direct me to where I can find the information about how they managed to do the reduction?.

Of course the OS are reduced, I just want to know how. The reason I am asking is the same; I don't understand how the OS are reduced by 75%, but the price of the share does not move at all.
