ERBB has no weed! They are merely paid as consultants to run someone else’s grow op.

Firstly, the facility is zoned for grow only. If they are processing edibles in that building they are breaking the law.

Secondly, American Green does not have a license to grow, sell, or process marijuana. They are being hired to grow marijuana for another company. That company is selling the product under the blanket of Swell Farm. There is no American Green flower, edibles, extracts, or anything else. It’s why they only made $35K last quarter and had a 75% cost of sales.

Thirdly, the vending machine isn’t in a single dispensary in the country. The only one that might be outside of AGs pilot program is in a barbershop, and we aren’t certain that it isn’t another pilot machine. Besides that, we just started seeing the AGM being marketed as the SmartPan Pro. AG may have given up the rights to the machine to Pan Pacific, and AG only owns 5% of that company.

Everything about this company is smoke and mirrors, but you know that.

Not when made from months old swag!!

THC degrades with time and light. Edibles may have a high profit margin when made from fresh flower but old swag, not so much.

Besides, the whole point is that when you keep your product sitting around you are not making any money from it. There are costs associated with keeping inventory for months. And with the way the cannabis market is going right now, prices are going down, not up. It makes absolutely no business sense to hold product longer than you need to.
