You seem to forget that when all those previous A-1s shuffling were going on, Ken BLAND was in the company? (on Nevada SOS web site?)

Now Ken BLAND is OUT of the picture, and ALL Debt to him has been FINALIZED per the 10-K?

Clayton can't give back the A-1s to Ken BLAND!? Ken BLAND is just a NOBODY just like me and you!?

CLAYTON cannot just give the A-1s to UNRELATED NOBODIES like ME or Ken BLAND, right?
