He is violating the Emoluments clause of the Constitution daily. He never actually divested anything, and makes millions from his position every time he throws business to himself and his properties. Do you want us to believe that no money from foreign officials goes into trump coffers from trump properties?
Your premise is ludicrous. Pelosi and Schumer share their tax returns, so even your example is stupid and a lie.
But emoluments are only the tip of the ice berg, and if they need to be the probable cause, then so be it. Why do protect such a lifelong mob boss? How many people do you think he owes money to and stiffed them? If you were at least a marginally intellectually curious person I bet you could find people he ripped off easily. How about the settlement money he paid out to the trump university victims? Is it logical someone would pay out $25 million if he was not guilty, when a legal battle would cost much less?
Sometimes people give you the benefit of the doubt and figure you are just trolling and couldn't possible be that stupid, but you are showing your empty head off well today.
